Arkel Metropolitan Pannier

The Arkel Metropolitan is very mighty, mid-sized pannier that is as practical as it is good looking.
The waterproof, zippered roll-top design with an integrated padded laptop/pad sleeve, waterproof front pouch and Arkel's amazing Cam-lock system with a padded hook flap make this pannier easy to carry whether you're on the bike or heading into the office (or grocery store).

There is a pocket hidden behind the front roll-top pouch that is a perfect place to slide your phone or your stash-o'cash. This is the one pocket that is not waterproof, so Arkel has smartly added a drain hole at the bottom.

The Metropolitan is loaded with features that make it well worth the price. Lots of reflectiveness is built into the design along with a mix of compression straps that will keep your load snugged tight whether your fully stuffed or just have a few items loaded. The should strap (included) can be left attached on the bag and safely rolls into the top so it's sure to stay clear of the spokes when on the road.
