'No Contact' Bicycle Service Drop-Off

Repairs and tune-ups will continue, though you will not be entering the shop. Please fill out this form to give mechanics information about your service needs. Bring your bicycle to the front door of the shop, and knock or give a call. Staff will meet you at door to take your bicycle after you step away. The mechanic will follow up with a phone call after they've looked over your bicycle to discuss service. No work will begin until you've approved it.

Our experienced service team works on all variety of bikes. Beyond the folders, commuters, cargo bikes, and recumbents we sell, we’d love to service your favorite ride or your family fleet!

We offer a series of tuning and maintenance packages as well as á la carte services. We’d be glad to help assemble your new or previously built bike and offer boxing and shipping services for bikes of all shapes and sizes. All Perennial Cycle employees, whether on the sales or service end, are dynamo lighting experts, Brompton aficionados, and cargo bike enthusiasts. We’re all currently obsessed over the latest in the world of electric or E-bikes, and can’t wait to help you plan your electric assisted dreams! Whatever you’d like help with, there’s no need for an appointment. Some services may be performed while you wait, but expect to leave your bike for a 2–4 business days in the off-season and 3–6 days or more during the busiest summer months when you bring it in for a Tune Up.
