Linus Bikes have proven to be a very practical line of bikes that we love for their utility sensibility, but certainly one can't miss the simple and clean aesthetic design. Today's New York Times features Linus for just these features.
You can check out the feature on the NYTimes web page HERE

Malkolm Boothroyd stopped by the shop today with a variety of worn parts on his touring bike. Malkolm started riding up in the Yukon and is at the mid-point of his tour to Washington DC. He is part of a documentary team named 350 Solutions Revolution. He and his colleagues are stopping along the way to discuss what local communities have in mind regarding solutions to climate change.
If you'd like to be a part of their work you can check out their website and jump in with them. They will be in Minneapolis for a few more days (party tomorrow night) and then they will have a send off ride that they would like to get people to join with them (poster for send-off ride below).
Minnehaha Bag Co. make a variety of well made canvas bags with a classic look. We have enjoyed selling their bags since they were first introduced two years ago.
One minor issue we've found is that their Small Saddlebag mounts to saddles with one strap, though when mounted to a saddle with saddle loops (think Brooks), it looks as though 2 straps were used. We created an instructional video to answer the inquiries about the bag mounting set up.
