Small wheel adapter for Kurt Kinetic trainers. Designed to work with the new 2013 (and later) trainers. Allows you to run a recumbent, bmx, kids bike, folding bicycle, or other bikes with 20-inch or 16-inch wheels on a Kurt Kinetic trainer. Use with any tires having an outside diameter of 22" or less.
