SpedDial Brompton Speed Clamp Set

Stephan Bianchi loves his Brompton so much he decided to improve the one thing about the bike he didn't love... The needlessly fiddly hinge clamp assemblies.
As a professional designer he went to work on what is now known as the SpedDial Hinge Clamp Set. It took a few go-arounds to dial it in (no pun intended), but after a few years of prototyping and testing, he has done a lovely job making our favorite folding bike a little better.
The knobs are curved and smooth, so when you grip the handle to loosen the clamp, they are easy and painless to get started. Once loose, you can put your finger into the finger-hold and spin them like an old-school rotary telephone.

The major benefits of SpedDial are:
- The SpedDial clamp is asymetrical, which means you can loosen them enough to open the hinge, yet the clamp does not spin. The clamp always stays aligned
- There is a nut that stops the handle from spinning once you have gone far enough
